The Shredder (Evil Fuzz Clone)
Meet The Shredder – a fuzz so vicious it sounds like your enemy being fed into a wood chipper. This isn’t your smooth, polite fuzz box; it’s raw, aggressive, and absolutely merciless. The tone rips through a mix like jagged steel, spitting out a wall of destruction that’s perfect for noise rock, doom, or any genre that thrives on chaos.
Despite its evil reputation, The Shredder can be surprisingly useable at lower gain settings. With the control set around 3/10 or lower you’ll find a gritty, original fuzz character that sits beautifully into a wide variety of formats. Turn your volume knob down on your guitar and enjoy plenty of useable fuzz tones.
But… push it any further, and you unleash pure destruction. Gnarled, ripping fuzz that chews through anything in its path. Perfect for kicking on during solos for feedback soaked madness.
The enclosure is bare aluminum, hand-ground and slashed to match the name. A single purple knob, a toggle switch keep things simple but deadly.
Part of my Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles–inspired pedals, The Shredder embodies pure villain energy in pedal form.
