In celebration of releasing my first DIY circuit board I present OPEN THE DOOR. With an octagonal acid etched and painted enclosure this pedal houses my Thor’s Pecker circuit board based on one of King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard’s favorite pedals/circuits. A face ripping, speaker melting fuzz that might leave you asking yourself “Oh, no what have I done?”
My tribute to the great album Nonagon Infinity.
Controls are volume and texture.
The texture knob let’s you rotate between two different input capacitors changing the tone from thick lows to piercing highs while also simultaneously changing the character of the fuzz itself.
This pedal was built with through-hole components. It is repairable for decades and comes with a lifetime guarantee.
